Anyone who is familiar with the photography market in the USA would have heard of "senior portraits". Here, we say "senior", we think of pensioners. In the US, senior portraits are photographs of teens in their last year of high school. They're used in the school yearbook, given to friends, printed as canvases for the teen's bedroom or family home, made into albums, printed for grandparents, whatever.
We don't have that here.
This is where I come in. I'm bringing senior portraits to Australia, and we are NOT talking about the elderly here, folks. To avoid confusion, for now I'm calling them {TEEN STYLE}, until I come up with a name I like better. You don't have to be a senior, just a teen who wants to have some fun and get some cute photographs to share with your family and friends. You change so fast as a teenager, you will want to have something to remember this stage of your life.
I'm changing my focus a little now, and working on shooting what I really love. I'll be writing another blog post about that shortly, so subscribe to receive updates by email (over on the right) to make sure you don't miss it.
Without further ado (I've always loved that phrase!), here's Gemma...
